Our coffee beans are roasted every two weeks to ensure peak freshness. This strict schedule helps us deliver the vibrant flavors we’re known for.

Shipping and Pickup

We ship our freshly roasted coffee twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, to get our beans to you as quickly as possible.

Pick-up will soon be an option at our flagship coffee shop in downtown Detroit. Stay tuned for the launch of this convenient service!

Grinding Service

Yes, we can grind your coffee for filter brewing. Please specify your brewing method in the checkout notes for an appropriate grind. However, due to the uniqueness of home setups, we can’t guarantee the grind will be perfect for all machines and recommend grinding just before brewing if possible.

We do not offer pre-ground coffee for espresso due to the precise nature of espresso brewing. For the best results, we recommend grinding espresso beans at home with a suitable grinder.

Storage and Packaging

Keep your coffee beans in a dark, cool place. Our bags are equipped with a zipper for easy resealing, helping to maintain freshness.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. If your coffee arrives damaged (e.g., a torn bag), please contact us for a replacement.

For merchandise and equipment, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, please reach out to us at info@dtroitr.com within 14 days of receiving your goods.
