Responsibilities:

Bar Service & Workflow

• Prepare beverages consistently and efficiently during service
• Support smooth workflow and communication behind the bar
• Assist with maintaining organization, cleanliness, and bar readiness throughout the day
• Support the team during peak service periods
• Support POS operations and accurately take customer orders during service
• Maintain awareness of service flow between ordering, beverage preparation, and pickup areas

Quality & Standards

• Follow and uphold drink recipes, preparation standards, and service procedures
• Monitor beverage quality and communicate issues or inconsistencies when needed
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of hospitality and customer experience

Team Support

• Support newer baristas during service and help reinforce workflow standards
• Assist with onboarding and training support when needed
• Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment

Equipment & Maintenance Support

• Ensure proper daily cleaning and care of bar equipment
• Monitor espresso machine and grinder performance during service
• Communicate maintenance or operational concerns to the Head Barista or Assistant Store Manager

This role is hands-on, focused on consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

• Prepare churros and kitchen items consistently and efficiently during service
• Support smooth workflow and communication within the kitchen
• Assist with maintaining organization, cleanliness, and station readiness throughout the day
• Support the team during peak service periods

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating clean, welcoming, and organized spaces while supporting the overall flow of the café.

This role supports both the customer experience and daily operations by helping maintain cleanliness, assisting the kitchen and bar teams, supporting inventory organization, and keeping the space running smoothly throughout service.

Responsibilities

Cleanliness & Space Upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout seating, service, and kitchen support areas
• Reset tables and support dining area upkeep during service
• Monitor garbage, dishwashing, bathrooms, and general tidiness throughout the day
• Support execution of cleaning and deep cleaning routines
• Support inventory receiving, organization, labeling, and stock rotation across kitchen and bar areas
• Conduct regular hospitality rounds to maintain seating areas, bathrooms, condiment stations, garbage, and overall customer-facing cleanliness
• Support seating flow, table turnover, and customer-facing space readiness during peak periods

Bar & Kitchen Support

• Assist bar and kitchen teams with stocking, restocking, and preparation tasks
• Support dishwashing and movement of products and supplies between stations
• Help maintain station readiness and operational flow during peak periods
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and fulfillment tasks when needed

Hospitality Support

• Support a welcoming and organized customer environment
• Assist with customer needs and general floor awareness during service

Operational Support

• Communicate operational, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns to leadership
• Support setup and breakdown for events or high-volume service periods
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory when needed
