Welcome to Our Coffee Subscriptions
Each subscription is based on a flavor profile. Every month, our roasters choose coffees that fit within that profile. Instead of receiving the exact same coffee every time, you’ll experience a rotation of origins that match the style you selected.
Because coffee is seasonal, the coffees we offer change throughout the year. Some months you may receive a new origin we’re excited about, and other times a coffee may appear again if it’s tasting great and still in season.
You pick the flavor style you enjoy, and we choose the coffees that best represent it each month.

When does my coffee ship?
Subscription orders ship every Wednesday. Your order will be roasted fresh and included in the next Wednesday shipment after your subscription processes.
How much coffee should I order?
A 250 g bag usually makes about 14–16 cups of coffee.
As a simple guide:
- 1 person, 1 cup per day: about 2 bags per month
- 1 person, 2 cups per day: about 3–4 bags per month

Couple, 1 cup each per day: about 4 bags per month
If you prefer larger bags, a 2 lb bag makes about 50–60 cups, and a 5 lb bag makes about 125–150 cups, which can be a good option for households or offices that brew coffee frequently.
Can you offer ground coffee?
Yes. If you would like your coffee ground instead of whole beans, simply add a note in the order notes at checkout with your preferred brewing method.
Will I receive the same coffee every month?
Not necessarily. We rotate coffees throughout the year based on availability and seasonality. Your coffee will always match the flavor profile you selected, but the origin may change.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Can I change my subscription profile?
Yes. You can update your subscription anytime if you’d like to explore a different flavor profile.
